Before stepping into interiors, Girija Pawar spent years building and scaling workspaces—from the ground up. What started as a single coworking space grew into a multi-location operation, where every challenge was real: tight timelines, execution delays, vendor gaps, and client expectations.
And somewhere in that journey, one pattern became clear—most interior projects fail not because of design, but because of execution.
Designs looked good on paper.
But on-site, things broke down.
That’s where Spacia began.
Not as another design firm—but as a company built to bridge the gap between what is promised and what is delivered.
